Item condition is used, but was described as mint with the case being in very good condition. However, there were paint blemishes and one of the plastic stands where the screw holding the car was missing. Looks like the previous owner played with it. Seller was very communicative and offered refund, but I decided to keep and fix it due to its rarity. Positive experience with seller even though the car was less than I had hoped.
