Although there are recipes on the drew and Cole website- they clearly aren't for this model. I've played about with it to overcome recipes instructions and I love the thing. It makes one pot cooking really easy and fast, probably takes half the time to cook meat as other methods - and it's exactly how you want it, every time! For me it has improved consistancy while I'm often distracted.
