It pains me to say this, because when the seller did reply to my messages, they were very courteous. Was waiting for several weeks after I was given the tracking number with little communication from the seller. They often wouldn't reply until I chased days later. After the initial delivery date was missed, I was told that the device I ordered wasn't actually available. I was offered an alternative product or a refund. I went with the refund. The refund wasn't issued until I chased 2 days later.
