AS I told you as you e-mailed me at least 15 times with an explanation you did not seem to understand!
You kept giving me the run around knowing this product as I told you was defective! One container was empty ,
the cream was dried out etc. Not happy after paying $ 90.00 plus tax for something defective.
At the end of all your e-mails trying to tell me how fresh it was , you told me to get in touch with Pay Pal for return knowing PayPal was not going to give it to me, You stated No Returns.

I wish I can post all our conversations here. We explained you our products are unopened recent batched products from La Mer which hasn’t had problems w/ other buyers but since you aren’t satisfied, we accepted your return. But Instead of requesting a return, you kept messaging us with unnecessary words. We told you many times all you have to do is simply request a return to eBay to get a label. We assume you are trying to get items FREE. Pls be honest! We will report you as a bad buyer!
