I bought an XT 400 ozone machine machine from the internet_guy and it does not work. I reported this and he asked several times, How did I know it didn't work? I told him I used tp own one and I knew how to operate one. He has since quit responding to me after I asked for a refund. That's why I'm here, to report so this won't happen to others.
