    Excellent packing materials (lots of bubble wrap in all the right places). Package arrived a day earlier than expected. This Bose Wave Music System was advertised as MINT CONDITION and that was the truth. Remote was included with a new battery (nice touch). Only wish that a user/operator manual (or a copy of one) was included too. That said, this was an overall very, very good experience. Would do business again with this seller.
