    Communication was great and she got the item out the door the next day. My purse had quite the journey around the US thanks to USPS but the seller refunded a good portion of the shipping cost, even though it was out of her control. The purse looks better in person than in the photos. I’m thrilled with the condition and quality. The packaging was great. It protected the leather purse throughout its journey to me.
