    I was pleasantly surprised that the seller cleaned everything before sending it to me even though the photos showed that they were a bit dirty, so I expected to have to clean. To me that shows a great deal of customer service. The AV cable was a bit faulty, and within maybe a few hours they sent me another one no questions asked. Things happen, and I think it’s important to buy from someone who values presentation and good customer service, so I will definitely be buying from them again.
