The phone looks and feels amazing, it performs really fast, no issues with the PlayStore!. Sadly, it is faulty and it will be returning (water trapped inside the camera module - bland photos, hard focus, steams up in the cold, rendering the main camera unusable). The seller is great, not his blame, I believe it might be the Oppo QC checks, hence the Positive rating.

It pains me to say this, because when the seller did reply to my messages, they were very courteous. Was waiting for several weeks after I was given the tracking number with little communication from the seller. They often wouldn't reply until I chased days later. After the initial delivery date was missed, I was told that the device I ordered wasn't actually available. I was offered an alternative product or a refund. I went with the refund. The refund wasn't issued until I chased 2 days later.
