    When the 2 volumes of the manuals for my 2003 Ford Econoline arrived I was pretty surprised. I had expected to get used, hopefully in good shape, copies of the 22 year old shop manuals. What I got was NEW unused ones!! They arrived carefully packaged in what appears to be their original shipping carton from Ford. The manuals are amazing in their detail. I could not possibly have gotten anything better. They are worth much more to me than what I paid for them. Great product, and a GREAT seller!
