    Der Räucheroffen ist stabil, Isolierung ist gut, hält gut die Temperatur, man kann über Lufteinlass und Rauchabzug die Wärme und den Rauch nach Bedarf regeln. Das einzige negative ist: man hätte für das erste Rächern ein Gitter und ein paar Hacken bei legen können. So wurde der erste Testlauf verzögert da man sich die Sachen noch extra besorgen muss.
