As advertised, good seller, A+. This one actually works 100% like it is supposed to. I was already burned by another seller offering a ""new" one of these, and it turned out to be a used one that was worse than my original one! At least they refunded my money. This one was new & OEM, and allows full blower motor control like it is supposed to, including shutting the motor off when you press the off button, something the other item I purchased failed to do.
