They sent me 3 neon transformers with 2 wires sticking out without a plug on them to plug the transformers into a wall socket. I informed them of this and they have responded and asked me to send them a photo of the transformers so they can see the problem. I responded that I will need an email address, website, cell # or something to which I can send the photos. I am awaiting a reply at this time.
