Schuld daran war der Paketzusteller Hermes.
Habe offizielle Verlustmeldung an Verkäufer geschickt, wie Hermes es empfohlen hat. Verkäufer hat bei Hermes keine Schadenersatz geltend gemacht. Mit Hermes selbst konnte ich die Sache nicht klären, die haben mich immer wieder an den Verkäufer verwiesen.
Die Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich über einen Chatbot, dieser Sprache nachher von einer „Fluggesellschaft“.
