The only negative thing to acknowledge is that the tag was broken on the spoon set and the tag was missing on the trivet. As these are to be gifts, that doesn't make me happy. Way too picky! 3. We refunded you all excess shipping costs. The actual shipping was what you paid ($6.04) so you weren't charged too much. 4. It's not "she" but "he" .. my name is Gary
