Item is fine. after a week of it showing a tracking number applied but the post office never received, I contacted the seller. They looked into it. Waited a couple more days and contacted again. They again told me they were concerned and were looking into it. A couple more days and I requested they either ship a replacement or cancel. They gave me the original tracking number but it still showed not received. I requested a they cancel and again they were concerned and didn't. Finally it got sent
