I specifically ordered ground coffee and they sent me whole bean. I have contacted them and all they can say is they are out of ground. I had looked other places and all that was available was whole bean. When I saw this company had ground I ordered it. Turns out they knew they didn’t have it and instead of telling me they sent the whole bean. Bad business tactics.
