No new tariffs were issued by the US Government after I purchased the item so I do not understand his inability to advise me in advance of the extra charge which will be due upon delivery! I refused delivery and the seller said he would refund me the purchase price. He has since reneged, I do not that the item but my CC has been charged. This is theft.
