We're sorry that the part didn't work out for you, however the second sentence is the description does clearly state "This is a 3D printed item to replace the OEM BMW part.", nor do we mention including the rubber mounting grommets. We do understand that it's frustrating when parts do not meet expectations but it's unfortunate that this feedback was left within less than 12 hours of your message being received and without any supporting photos or information.
