    Pleased with the magazine and swift dispatch. When it arrived I noticed it cost EUR 3.95 postage yet seller had charged EUR 12.99 for "postage". When I queried the over triple mark up cost, the seller informed me it also covered his listing fee, final value sales fee and EUR 2 cost of the envelope. Whilst a slight mark up is common, over three times the cost is not. The listing said the cost was for postage. This is not so.
