Costs should be up front at time of order, not buried in fine print. I received several messages to pay more and I thought what kind of scam is this?? However, this was due to a U.S. Customs policy change at the end of August, which cancelled the duty-free exemption for small parcels. This charge is entirely beyond my control, and sellers should not be held responsible for government-imposed fees.
