    Understand how this would feel like a long time - however, would like to clear it up. You purchased on August 20th, we shipped the product August 20th, but do to it going to Canada, it had to go to the eBay International depot in IL prior to going thru the border process. We have no control over that process once it leaves our shop. I hope you continue to do business with us because we strive to have an optimal experience on our end.
