I have bought a SNES game which had in description that the item is in very good condition. My surprise was that his game box had a missing piece which was very good hidden in the photos. After contacting him at first he accepted the return but after telling him that he needs to create the shipping label for the return he changed his opinion. So he decided to cut out that corner of the box with a box cutter to make it look 10x worse, then claimed it was “like that” when he got it. You can look at the original auction pictures and he see it wasn’t like how he altered the box. When I advised him that EBay would have to review this case and I don’t offer refunds for intentionally damaging items, he tried to extort me.
