The book block is stitched, tight, square and well bound with rag paper. There are no noticeable printing / publishing imperfections. Aesthetically, there are no dogeared pages, folds, tears, underlinings or previous owner names and addresses. The book may still retain its original covers , though that does seem unlikely- definitely the spine has been replaced with a contemporary leather spine with six embossed strings and a new red leather label applied. We endeavour to highlight all imperfections with our photographs as well as in the text - so don't miss the opportunity to check out our photos - after all the the pictures are of the actual book listed for sale and form part of our sale description.”
