Seller sent me the wrong item, then said they would send me the correct item but I never received it, after waiting weeks and lots of emails later I still have not received the item a refund was refused by seller, got my money back after raising a case with ebay who found everything I said was true. At best ABC Products are incompetent, would never buy anything from them again unless you want to waste your valuable time and money chasing them and sending emails, my advice, use a different seller

Replacement was confirmed by yourself as awaiting collection in the emails. You stated you did notwant to be charged customs which I informed you there would be no customs charge due to the low value of the item. You did not believe me and would not collect from your local sorting office. This was you choice not to collect.

More rubbish, Customs would not release the package into the country as the correct charges had not been paid by the seller, the customs charges had already been paid by me when I made the purchase but the seller expected me to waste my time contacting customs and pay the customs charges again, the seller refused to pay the charges so customs returned the item to the seller and they still refused a refund even when they got the item back. Bought the same item from a different seller and no issue
