Despite the seller confirming size compatibility with my Microsoft Surface Laptop 3, the key didn't match due to color difference between Surface Laptop 3 and 4. The key I received was more of a grey color than blue. However, seller was quite responsive and apologized promptly. But it was disappointing to discover that the color did not match my keyboard. Overall, the seller handled the situation professionally and was helpful with the return process. I'd keep them in mind for future purchases.
