Bought a slipmat stated for Luxman PD121 but it's too big. Despite me politely explaining the problems and sending many photo proofs, seller refused to hear about it and insisted the mat was good, and started to get nasty. Eventually she'd agreed to give a full refund provided I show proof that the mat is cut into 4 pieces. I did exactly that but she gave me a PARTIAL REFUND OF LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT I PAID. WHAT A LIAR AND A CHEAT! AVOID .... SELLER OF THE WORST KIND....SHODDY and DISHONEST.
