Placed order late Sunday evening of the Memorial Day weekend. Realized early Monday morning, Memorial Day, that I couldn't use the product. Canceled it on Ebay only to be told I had to cancel it with vendor. Oh well, sent an email to carlcue123 asking for the order to be cancelled. Didn't expect to hear till Tuesday. Lo & behold, within hours I had a reply saying order was cancelled. I admire any businessman who will work all hours to satisfy a customer.
