Make an offer for a bracelet, seller accepted right away and make payment almost inmediately. Day after he provided tracking number, almost 2 days past and seller didnt send off the package. I contact him right away, he told me to wait 2 days for package to get “pick up “. Its been 7 days and no send off confirmation. Because he already confirm the tracking number got fully charged and no send off or any explanation. Now he refuses to refound me
