Instead of messaging me for assistance with dissatisfaction, buyer immediately issued negative feedback without giving me a chance to work through it. I also asked for a revision, and never received a reply. Had I been given opportunity to work with buyer, they would have received a refund in full without the item being sent back. Since they went this route, I will not offer assistance. Book was described accurately in listing. Not sure what they expected!
