I went to the trouble of preparing, by cutting out the alignment holes first, peeling the pre-installed tape, and sticking them down. They differ from the OEM by having a connector (2 pieces as opposed to one unit) in the center. The reduced length makes for a more convenient packeage to ship I am sure, and does not affect the installation. I will buy from this seller again, should the need arise!
