Item never arrived and was shipped without tracking so I have nothing in hand with which to hound the mail carrier over the situation with. Seller did issue the refund same day I opened the request. So there is that. I have left neutral feedback due to the above unfortunate circumstance. Because it’s a drag not to have the item but the situation is undeserving of negative feedback. If the item later arrives I’ll sort out a way to repay the seller.

As for the item itself, I am sure it's excellent. I read a copy of this when I was younger. The author was a close friend of mine and he was a very responsible writer, very careful in his research and always meticulously honest in every form of communication. Even General Curtis LeMay (of Strategic Air Command fame) said that "Rain of Fire" was the best book he ever encountered on this subject.
