Buyer Used illegal third party freight company to bypass the ebay global shipping program. buyer is therefore unable to return the item and the third party illegal shipping company mixed up the order and buyer refuses to contact them. we expect all buyers to use ebay global shipping for international orders, these buyers are using unauthrozed shipping companies to steal product.
