      I kinda am happy I was looking for lited remote this only lited when you touch buttons an a lite shows TV _dvd_vce etc the actual buttons don't lite but I do like that 1 it works with my 6 years old TV plus it has a buttons for info or guide wich any remote included the one that come with TV didn't have

      We messaged the customer to see what we did wrong or did we misrespresent product for a Neutral feedback. He said everything was fine. He hoped the remote would light up. We didn't state anywhere in the listing it was a lighted remote. Ebay's website on feedback: Neutral feedback becomes a permanent part of a seller's record and can harm their reputation and their business. If possible, you should try to work with the seller to resolve any issues before you leave Neutral feedback.
