      Seller did not ship item for 2 weeks. After I contacted eBay, Seller told me that he doesn't ship to my area but "would make an exception this one time." Instead of accepting his mistake and correcting his shipping policies, he did not communicate with me at all for 2 weeks while I waited for my item.

      We stated we do not ship to Hawaii. because of the extremely high shipping costs of course. Only way we ship to HI , is if customer wants to pay the proper postage. this package was smaller, so we made an exception. Even though we spent over half the cost of the unit on the shipping. Not much more we can do.
