    Seller sent a used 281XL yellow ink cartridge despite the listing showing a new cartridge. No shrink wrap, no box, no orange cap, and dried out ink pad. Seller knew what they were doing because there was some makeshift cardboard to prevent it from breaking in transit. Naturally, returns are shown as not accepted. Total scam, buyer beware, and avoid at all costs.

    A wrong item was shipped, and a full refund was promptly given with communication of the error. How is this a "total scam"? Check my 4k positive reviews and save the negativity. Mistakes do sometimes happen, but what should count is making it right for the buyer.
