seller pretended to ship items by buying postage in advance, sending tracking information. Item was not shipped. USPS,UPS and FEDEX take a lot of blame for slow delivery. and should cancel any labels bought if item is not sent in 48 hours or so, The sellers who don s have what they are selling are givibng the delivery people a bum rap, and they should get bad feedback, not the delivery people.
