    Unpleasant seller to deal with. Does not honour the advertised discount for multiple purchases. And very slow to post.

    Seller has nothing to do with the discount, this is imbedded in eBay and when you purchase at the same time as eBay clearly state, the discount is then applied. Customer then has to try and get another dig in saying that slow to post when we dispatch many times every single day immediately as orders come through as the majority of our customers know very well. A despicable customer who i never want to deal with again. Extremely nasty and malicious.

    Seller leaves a lot to very desired. Firstly, very slow dispatch. Secondly, she does not honour the discounts she states in her listings for multiple purchases. I bought 4 cards, 3 of them were the same card but she refused to give the discount. Eventually she patronisingly gave 50p "goodwill"! Thirdly, she was argumentative and necessarily unpleasant. There are lots of great card sellers on Ebay, I advise buying from one of them instead and avoid this one.

    Thank you so much for such pleasant feedback but you omitted the truth my friend. You purchased three cards across two days so eBay didn't pick up the discount. We explained that you had to purchase three at the same time and when customer didn't like this answer which was the truth, she turned extremely nasty. A goodwill gesture of 50p was given which was more than the discount that would have been given but this still wasn't good enough and customer leaves this feedback. God bless you!
