The LEM machine is great, but if anyone’s deciding on what size to get, GET THE #8 OR BIGGER!. The #5 got the job done, but the blade is really small, and the “Big Bite” part of the auger isn’t big at all. The meat tray did not fit right on the handle. Glad I bought the brush & lube kit, have to run the brush through every hole to clean the cutting disks. BUY NOW PRICES ARE GOING UP!
