It sucks to stand there with Fami & her friends, what h her face light up, to then IMMEDIATELY go dim because it doesn’t work AT ALL!!! Shouldn’t AN EBAY “SELLER” (More like SCAMMER Looking at how much it cost) check & MAKE SURE the PRODUCT that THEY ARE SELLING, WORKS!?!?!?

I assisted this customer who wasn't aware on how to turn on the controller and pair it after reaching out to me, upset it wasn't working. After giving him instructions and linked him to the manual for the controller. He confirmed it was powering on and thanked me even asking if I had other controllers.
I am hoping he will update the feedback as it very misleading and the controller is working. I take pride on the products I sellm making sure everything and will always work with customers.
