    Seller contacted 2 days after sale to advise on the item taking a while to prepare. Seller offered refund in first message. I said that I would like to receive the item I purchased. Seller has not responded for update request since that first initial contact. I have contacted them 2weeks after sale & 1 month after sale (sale was august 7th). Upon reviewing sellers store it has no stock. Reviews from other customers also have the same experience or have been sent the wrong item.
