The shoes came in the original EGO brand packaging with all the tissues and dust bags, even a receipt with the purchase detail's. Bad thing is that one shoe was a little dirty on the PVC part, but nothing major I just cleaned them. The shoes fit well and are comfortable for the height they have, just the heel feels a little unstable but I know that's something from the maker not the seller. I didn't had any problems with the seller everything was packed right and delivery was on the proper time.
