The dress did not run true to size. I have others— same brand, style & size that fit, but this one didn’t. Returned it awaiting refund.

Sorry the dress didn't fit. I describe in detail every item I list. I take the time to provide detailed measurements to help buyers know what will fit them. Not all brand items fit the same. I am sorry you were unable to use the measurements provided to determine in advance whether the dress would fit. I immediately issued a refund upon receipt of the dress.
It's upsetting that you chose to leave negative feedback on the item that showed the manufacture size tags and detailed measurements.
