    follow up to the OP . if you are doing this job take the front wheel out or struggle with bits of bloody sticky tape trying to hold the captive nuts in place while you line up the ll brackets with the ridge on the fork legs. Warn the neighbours as well, the lamguage gets colourful when one nut falls out and rolls under the workbench. fkin Honda over engineering again
