There was a horribly bent corner that opened the inverter slightly on that corner. There was zero damage to the packing material, so it had to have happened prior to shipping. We contacted them and let them know we would install and see if it worked ok, and was offered some refund if it worked and we kept it but haven’t heard from them since. So far it is working.
