The machine did not work. I contacted the seller and he was very appreciative and grateful. He understood that the VHS portion of the machine was not working. He told me as soon as he receives the return package he will issue a full refund. He was very concerned that this happened. He also said he would return my VHS tape that got stuck in the machine .
