- e***i (145)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseTook them 4 days just to get it shipped, when I messaged them inquiring about why it hasn’t shipped or when it would be shipped they never replied back. Communication is an absolute 0 and shipping time is a 0 but the interface module works great and I had to switch 2 pins over on the harness as they were not in the correct locations, after that it works like a champ. And no CarXtc a partial refund or any convincing would make me change my review. (and they still got the item) before expedited shipping date. (WHY would anyone want to communicate with negativity, you received the tracking info, so you shouldn't need hand holding.. and FYI we are not the manufactures of this product, why would we want to waste any time convincing a customer who is difficult to deal with, or reason with. You got your tracking, You dont need us to communicate with about shipping, you didnt pay for priority shipping, so far, its a whine fest.

ITEM PURCHASED 17 DAYS AGO AND JUST FINALLY REFUNDED AFTER NO RESPONSE TO MESSAGES AND DID NOT SHIP ITEM.
