Seller specified "very good" condition, and the front of the front cover and the first 96 pages (out of 228) were as described; but interspersed in the rest of the book were 21 pages marred with heavy red ink underlining and bold red ink notations. Hardly "very good" Waste of money. I have already ordered (very good+) from a different seller whom I hope is a much better judge of quality.
