However, due to the way the seller either mailed the item or whatever it sat in Texas for over a week and I had to contact the seller to find out what was the hold up. the item arrived several days after the wedding. i requested a refund from the seller but they decided to ghost me instead. So, Sep 7, 2023 3:50pm USPS in Possession of Item Pearland, TX 77584. I shipped it within 1 day. Item not offer for refund also. The package's tracking wasn’t updated because of USPS delay since 9/7/23. Grateful, the tracking says it’s in RICHMOND VA CENTER 23150 on 9/15/23 and in transit to the next facility, arriving later than expected. Finally, the package was delivered on 9/19/23. I understand why you are upset. My sincere apologies on behalf of the U.S. Postal Service.
