Great seller and I appreciate all he does.This is a fellow veteran who does everything to the best of his ability.I bought this for my wife who was an SK and did the OPTAR for all the East Coast SEABEES. Her dad was a SEABEE during the Korean War and I,her husband, a SEABEE during the Vietnam War and as she wore the patch and she did the training,she was considered a SEABEE too during Desert Storm, although not a SEABEE rate.This is a good commemorative certificate to be proud of for her service

Not only did he give me two copies of a certificate I ordered but sent me an additional certificate with two copies that I had just looked at and then wouldn't accept payment for the second certificate when I offered to pay.
